Questions about plans
What happens when I run out of tokens?
AI and audio features pause until your tokens renew; flashcards, vocabulary and the course stay available. You can move to a bigger plan whenever you like.
Do unused tokens roll over?
No: every month, counting from the day you signed up, they go back to your plan's total.
Can I change plan or cancel?
Yes, at any time. Upgrades apply immediately; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you've already paid for.
